I rather doubt it. If they've done this and they have the data and it shows significant excess energy, they would have something very, very solid, so why all this smoke and mirrors for so long? It's quite plain to me that they have been drawing it out, providing information in little bits and pieces. If they had this test, and if they have 2:1 excess:input, it would be a conclusive demonstration, and they could actually raise huge sums as investments.
