Krivit appears to be accusing much of the CF community of fraud.
His presentation and tone are very, very similar to the arguments
brought against relativity theory by anti-relativists. The main
difference is that CF is somewhat of a "fringe field", which makes the
researchers in it vulnerable in a way mainstream physicists
("relativists") are not. This sort of attack is despicable, and I have
no problem whatsoever with saying so. I am, again, surprised that you
object to the fact that we're accusing him of doing what he obviously
is, indeed, doing.

It apparently pleases him to present them in such as way as to make it
appear the researchers are committing fraud. That justifies all the
Krivit bashing, IMO.

You have put your finger on the point which Krivit either has totally
missed, or is totally ignoring, in his efforts to paint the CF research
community as fraudulent.
