Has Bob Rohner made any claims of having achieved over unity? When I visited him to get a reading on his personality, that was one of the things I failed to get him to do. Nor was I able to find any case of him making over unity claims on the net, nor in historic documents.
AFAIK, if fraud was involved in Bob Rohner's branch of the tale it was fraudulent patent filings by Papp himself, if not actual stage magic in demonstrations of the engine. Please be careful when you make claims, as fact, that involve criminal fraud.
