When it comes time to crank out thousands of identical e-cats per month,
then you need a big industrial company such as GM. They can do that kind of
thing cheaper and better than any start-up. That is still the case, even in
the era of 3-D replication machines.

If this mystery company would just make a few dozen of these things and let
me have a few, I would soon have every industrial corporation frantically
cranking them out. Rossi knows I want to do that. I do not think he wants
me to.
