Jed, Rossi might still be working out the remaining bugs in his design.  That 
is reason enough to keep his cards close.

When it comes time to crank out thousands of identical e-cats per month, then 
you need a big industrial company such as GM. They can do that kind of thing 
cheaper and better than any start-up. That is still the case, even in the era 
of 3-D replication machines.


If this mystery company would just make a few dozen of these things and let me 
have a few, I would soon have every industrial corporation frantically cranking 
them out. Rossi knows I want to do that. I do not think he wants me to.
