Not according to Defkalion. During the July demonstration, they were saying 
that during their normal tests, they shut down the heater and keep the thing 
running solely by the oscillator.
You have not proved your point. Maybe the oscillator provides enough power (and it must provide some) when close to run-away that they no longer need bulk extra heat from the heater. If the COP can be pushed to high values by going to higher temperatures then I think this *proves* positive feedback from temperature. If this is the case then you do not need the oscillator.
