Blaze, that is my suspicion as well. Does anyone know the source of the energy? Have they made any claims?

Tidal power uses the gravity of the orbiting moon. No one has ever managed to build a perpetual motion machine although many have tried for centuries. Conservation of energy is a very fundamental principle of physics although there is no proof of the theory it is just from observational data. The principle is used in many proofs and the whole scientific world would be turned upside down if the RAR gravity engine works.
