Alright....I hope the "bad guys" are not listening. Since I work in remote locations around several states, and like fishing in some remote areas too, I've used a trick that a buddy passed along to me. So far it has worked (sound of knocking on wood).....I carry a half empty box of cartridges, pick a brand and caliber, and leave it on the seat along with an empty soft case. It is easy to store, doesn't require a permit, and may have some deterrent effect. I really hope the fickle finger of fate does not visit retribution on me for passing this along. -- JeffO
