I've owned and used most of the vises you list. Other than the Barracuda, I'd stick with the Regal but get it in Rotary and with a Base. The Master's has too many Bells and Whistles (i.e. too much to go wrong) for my taste and after finding one for a very reasonable price in a pawn shop, I kept it awhile, used it a lot and decided that the Regal was better and a lot faster. The Traveler has a lot going for it and I've tried it in both Salt and Fresh Water models but , for starters, the set screw that secured the post of the vise to the pedestal cut grooves into the post and soon the post spun too freely. This and other little nit picking things soon found them being auctioned off in the VFS suctions. Of those with which I am familar that are left, the Griffith seems to be a solid vice but I haven't used it and same with the Barracuda.
Again though, I'd go for a Pedestal Regal with a rotating standard head since it's proven to me to be the fastest, most solid, best value, best backed (warranty wise) vise on the market. Good Fishing Chuck S
