Loops- perfection(preferred), surgeons, non-slip, homer rhode, duncan for sliding loop. fly lines to backing, butt section to leader, tippet to leader in certain circumstances. Albright commonly for backing to fly line, except in larger saltwater situations. rarely a nail knot. Bimini and Huffnagle for special uses, next to never for anything smaller than large steelhead for me and rarely then.
