Just want to put my 2c's worth in...
I remember back using an LC II which was SO much faster and slicker that
the old Commodore 128... Then came the 7100, 7300 and various Power
Macs and then the G3's and now a G4 867 which I am running OS-X on and I
still find myself occasionally saying I wish this machine would hurry up...
The point being (from my experience at least) is that we will never be
happy with the speed of any machine or system because when we get what
we want we then want more... I for one would never have foreseen how
fast and cool computing would be for the average user even 5 years ago...
I am very pleased with the user experience of OS-X... and look forward
to the future...
