G'day Severin. I use Windows at work all the time and from memory, when mail appears in Outlook with the attachment displayed as part of the mail itself (I presume this is what is happening), I just put the cursor on the picture, right click and save as. Unfortunately, you can only do 1 at a time but it is saving the attachments.
