Hi Pat, You can retrieve purchased registration keys with these steps:
Visit the Apple Online Store. Click "Account" in the upper-right corner. On the "Your Account" page, click "View Order History". 4. Enter your Apple ID and password. Additional Information You can only retrieve a lost QuickTime Pro key if you purchased it through the Web. In most cases, the key will be identical to the key you lost. If you purchased your QuickTime Pro upgrade from another source, the key is not available for retrieval and you must purchase another key from The Apple Store.
