Hello Rob I use a card reader, open the Card reader icon on the desktop showing all photo’s, click on a photo ( RAW File) and PS Elements will open showing the photo ready for processing.I understood that when I process the Raw image to a jpeg image,a copy is also made, it is the copies that I am attempting to find.
