I'm unsure if i would want to take care this responsibility.
At least for SVN, the "Big" hosters like SourceForge, BerliOS, GNA, 
<whatever> should have more fallbacks/backups in the case of something bad.

Same here.

A statement from me, i like the Bugtracker from Trac a lot more than the 
one from Gna or any other source portals. Also the roadmap/milestone 
function could be pretty usefull for the WRP.
