...because the new car use new one requires more fuel (faster CPU and more
RAM), and can't do W, X, Y & Z that my old one can.

There are a lot of perfectly good old DOS programs with no security issues
and with low hardware requirements that WXPSP2 cannot run, one reason many
_can't_ as a practical matter install SP2.
