This is true if dynamic means generated by cgi. So far as I know DHTML and
javascript generated text should both be indexed without problem. Not sure
about cold fusion generated pages, but I suspect they might not be indexed

Depends on what you need. But minimally this sounds correct.

Only the parent frame will be indexed. This means that most sites with
frames are entirely missed by search engines unless they include some good
info within the <noframes> tags. In addition (as with any site) I would
make use of meta tag information.
