Okay, if I make up a plain simple page called "contents.html" and on it,
list all the pages in the site, should I list:

For the "about TLC page," "about.htm" which is the unframed, middle page of
a 3 frame page and the one with the actual "about TLC" content?

Or should I list "aboutframe.htm" which is the framesets page?

BTW, I'm not so much concerned with non-frames browsers being able to read
the site as I am concerned that the search engines be able to index it.

And, if I understand it correctly, my plain jane contents page should have
a HOME link which points to my index.html page, which is the main frames
page?
