All good suggestions. Have you considered JavaScript to load the proper
page in its frameset? There is a script that will detect when your
contents.html or other page is loaded without its accompanying frameset,
and reload it and other pages in the frameset properly.

I haven't tried it but I did run across one in action the other day. I wish
I had snagged it for my JS collection. Let me know if you might be
interested and I'll look it up.

Still a sure fire way to avoid the problem is to submit a search
engine-friendly page and insert a robots no follow meta tag.
