I find that the <Shift> Reload trick doesn't always work in Netscape. And
it seems to be less reliable in the Mac version than the PC version.
Sometimes it really makes me crazy when composing pages and I can't see a
change I _know_ I just made. I end up clearing the cache (again) and
shutting down Netscape for a few minutes, noodle around doing something
else, and then restarting Netscape.

Suz, I've had the same problem as you described with a client who can't see
the latest changes I've made and that I can see. As others have pointed
out, there are many possible reasons for this, including ISP caching. It's
a bit beyond our control, but the problem is that the client thinks we're
lying to them, telling them we've done work but they can't see it, so they
assume it's not really done.
