How to advise my client on this weird problem? He keeps wanting to know why
I haven't made corrections on one version of his web site even though I've
made them on the mirror site. I was really perplexed when he first asked
that question, because, with the exception of the order forms, both sites
are identical and were uploaded from the same folder of files.

Last night I suggested that he clean out his cache files and restart his
browser. (He uses NN & MSIE on a PC). This morning he wrote back the errors
are still there. I don't know what to tell him next, because when I check
from my computer, they're gone.

He's saying that on http://www.aftermathmedia.com/tlc/ everything works
fine, but on http://www.tenderlovingcare.cc :

* On About TLC page, Jim Taylor is still working for Microsoft.
(attribution from first quotation at top of right column--it's now supposed
to say, "author of DVD Demystified")

* Link to Aftermath Home and link to Jim Taylor's DVD FAQ not working from
About DVD page.

* Link to Jim Taylor's DVD FAQ not working from Amazing Links.

What do I tell him to do next? Take a sledgehammer to his PC?

Suz
