Tell him to stop using AOL! Well, erm, if he's not using AOL, then it could
be one of these things:
1) he thought he emptied his cache, but really didn't.
2) his ISP is caching the pages and your only hope is to wait until the ISP
clears their cache (could take a day or two) or call the ISP and ask them to
clear it.

btw, AOL is notorious for caching pages and not giving you the new stuff. If
he's on AOL, let me know....I'll supply the sledgehammer ;P
