For those who haven't read it (and reminder to re-read for those who
have) pick up a copy of _Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance_ ....
and no, it really doesn't have anything to do with MCs per se ... but a
lot about QUALITY ... what makes it, what doesn't.

And the way "modern" corp. have tried to engineeer production (put A
into B and create C) assumes that all you have to do is know the steps.
No heart. No aesthetics. No vision.

WRONG.
