My degree is from a European University, but I think the laws of Tort or
slander are not all that different in the US.
As long as you let provable fact speak for itself and don't add derogatory
opinion to it, nobody can accuse you of slandering the good name of a company.
Note: provable.
Make sure that your conviction of foul play does not lead you to jump to
incorrect conclusions.
Take care with facts of a private nature, even if provable, as these may be
covered by privacy laws.
