Your wish is my command... I've got a rip-off of the GeoCities watermark
thingy working at:

The actual watermark on the page is obviously rather facetious, although I
suppose you might want to use it as a last resort someday :)
I've included some notes on the page referenced above explaining how I
got it working. Note that my demo works only with newer versions of
Netscape, though there is also an IE-specific version of the script
available too. The page is kinda slow-loading too, but so it goes.
