Hi all,
I have used those ergonomic chairs and don't feel that they are really
worth the effort. An adjustable office chair that has a tilt function is
just as good.
Changing the chair is only half the story. As with most musculo-skeletal
problems the focus should be on improving muscle tone - that is,
strengthening the abdominals, improving one's level of fitness, losing
weight etc. Personally steer clear of chiropractors etc.
