I've done a fair bit of that kind of work. Used to do it by hand, but
found two resources that make the task a LOT easier. There's a program
called QuizPlease http://quizplease.com/ that does exactly what you're
after and is quite easy to use. As well you might want to look at Web
Course In A Box from MadDuck technologies. We've used that one a fair bit
and its really good. It should be free to educational institutions.
