Someone please remind me: what's the name and URL of that guy who has the
great web page rating banner advertising services? Mark Welch or something
like that?
The reason I asked is that I thought he might like to hear from two friends
who are in process of dumping 24/7 Media. One friend said the following
about them, and the other confirmed that they're getting equal treatment:
