What do you think would create "a sophisticated appearance of on-line
presence"? Do you think that merely having an appearance at all is very
important, or do you think, at this period in time, that the "quality" of
the on-line presence is of high importance? Have you been going to the web
for Real Estate related info lately? If so, what advice would you give some
RealEstate agent or broker when they are considering launching their online
presence? What would give them a quality level that would be a bare minimum,
and what would make them stand out from the rest?

Are there some basic principles that you'd like to expound on that would
apply not only to Real Estate agents, but across the board to the folks that
Kathy will be speaking to? (>> - "What one thing do they need to know about
technology?")
