1. Apartment buildings and small biz buildings doing their own wiring
and adding PoP services to lease (and taking over phone, fax and other
goodies too).
2. Tenants get smarter about law as they get more info online.
3. Tenants can shop around a *lot* easier, and compare rents to
graphically mapped trends in everything from neighborhood crime to
distance from fire station. As more and more stats come online
interactively, rents are going to be more finely pinned down.
