Interesting point. In NYC there are two major apartment
complexes (Peter Cooper Village and the sister one whose name
escapes me) that are being rewired for cable access to the Net.
They are rent-controlled, so many believe it is the only way
extra rent money can be gotten.
There are also a couple of office buildings that are completely
wired for net access.
