Just to add the proper legal perspective, but not to in anyway support
things one way or the other:

In depositions you walk a very, very fine line. You answer exactly what
they ask you. You tell them no more or no less. And they give you a
list of very carefully defined terms at the start, which, for the next
few hours, are your working version of the English language.

In the legal world, if Paula Jone's lawyers weren't smart enough to
explicitly list fellatio as "sex" during that case, and to otherwise
screw up their descriptions of sex generally, it's kind of dumb to hold
Clinton accountable for their error a year later in a different case.
They set the rules of the deposition, not Clinton.

And, in theory, this should never have been broadcast.

He may not have done a good job of explaining that, for which he rightly
suffers, but I think a lot more people than you imagine have been
through depositions and can very closely relate to what he's saying ;)
I was in a bar with about 75 people at lunch, and a solid 99% of them
agreed they would have walked out long before Clinton if this is what
they had to go through . . . (esp. with respect to a case paid for by
his enemies that was thrown out of court for lack of actionable causes .
. .) . . . people we applauding him at points.
