Does anyone know of a mailing list that specifically discusses banner
advertising, where to get the best value for the advertising dollar (i.e.
where to place your banners for best effect for the buck), advantages and
disadvantages of paying by the impression or by the click-through, etc.?
Appreciate any pointers...
