    International copyright conventions, treaties between just about all
the civilized nations state that the creator is the owner and can restrict
the sale or use.  They don't have a leg to stand on!  Demand they cite
that law.

     You have just found an infringer who is making money off your images.
I do believe you can sue the seller for cost plus penalties,  Mr. Deep
Pockets is going to have some trouble... $X per copy sold!

     Should be in Cornell's legal library.  Cite it, and tell them you
will bill them X per day for use of your creative products if kept beyond
such and such date. 

     What is the CD-ROM, so I can avoid buying it... Who makes it so that
we don't accidently get named in a similar suit?
