It looks like you should be covered with your disclaimer:

that is conspicously located at the beginning of your site. The
CD producer and marketer, I would imagine, is in deep -- the
website, upon being notified by you, is probably jeopardizing
their own position by keeping the images online after your
notification. Their smartest move would be to remove the images
until ownership is established. Since they were notified by you
and most likely pointed to your site with the disclaimer, they
should realize that their claim to public use is on very shaky
grounds. I'm no lawyer, but common sense would dictate that
you consult with one that specializes in copyright law and go
after the CD producer/marketer. If they are domestic, you have
a good chance of resolving this, but if they are in another
country, it could be a difficult situation to resolve even if you
are the one in the right.
