We had a discussion like this on ETD. Nancy Roebke had her whole
site swiped, and it was discovered by accident by a client.
Paul Myers was also involved as they stole some of his material.
After a lot of stink, and discussion on ETD and on other lists,
the culprit decided to remove it.
The law may help you, but sometimes a little adverse publicity,
like broadcasting it to discussion lists works better.
