As some of you know, I'll be visiting New York Oct 6 through 9 for
Internet World (I'm looking for subcontracting & creative/partnership
opportunities). I've developed a mini-site for specifically for this
business development trip. I'd like a critique.

The mechanism is simple. Either from my .sig or from direct emails to
people I'd like to meet, folks can visit the mini-site and learn more
about what I'd like to talk about and find out more about my company.
Is the site effective in accomplishing my goal of getting appointments
with these people? What would you do differently to improve its
effectiveness?
And on a side note, has anyone developed self-contained mini-sites for
similar (or different) purposes? When are they appropriate? Are they
effective, or should they be incorporated into larger corporate sites?
Appreciate your feedback.
Julian
