I don't like the term "mini-site"; reminds me of mickey mouse.

I would do this:

http://www.partners.meep.com/

except I don't like the word partners but can't think of anything 
better right now.

and then make the link this:

http://www.partners.meep.com/contact/

and on top I would put where you can be contacted.  I would put how 
you can be contacted in NYC as that is the next place you will be and 
below that I would put your permanent connection.  I might also put a 
"page me" wherever I am button (showing sophisticated skills).

I would then make the site appear as if it is something permanent and 
not something just conceived of for this event.
