There is always a first time for everything. You can create a heck
of a lot of web sites and not know how to register your domain name. I
didn't learn about cookies till just recently, and haven't done much with
frames. I do Perl and use that to generate huge disposable sites for
special purposes. And other things.
Besides, are we sure this fellow is in America? Other nations have
other policies; and even in America, the policies of what is acceptable
will vary from ISP to ISP.
It is only by sharing what we are good at, and by prompting others to
share with us all what they are good at, that we create this "family", as
some call it, that teaches us the latest stuff, and helps us come up to
speed in areas we are weak in.
