Well, I have complete control over it, but it is hosted elsewhere (at
iServer). I've only played around with POP and sendmail stuff when the need
has come up, so I'm not all that familiar with the setup files.

Unable to telnet in with password.

I've looked for a separate password file, but haven't found one. The
password file that I do find, the standard one with all the users in it,
seems ok "in total". I can add new users and the pw file is read and written
to properly. Maybe the pw for that user is goofed up? But it seems like it
would be ok if I can run newpasswd and change it without errors. Hmmm.

The lockfile cleared up, but the problem persists. I've also contacted
someone at iServer and he's chewing on the problem.
Thanks,
Jack
