I really chewed the guy at my ISP.
I would consider email of paramount importance. Jobs depend on it.
I am waiting for info on a job right now; one of those that needed to
be done yesterday.
I am seriously thinking of changing my ISP over this. As I said, I
use an alias, in fact I have already re-routed all my email to the
other ISP.
It is not good to hear that someone at iserver is just chewing on
this problem. My attitude would be the following: they fix it in a
hurry right now and if it turns out to be something I fouled up then
I pay whatever going rates are for this kind of work. But it is
certainly not something to think over.
