You folks are probably getting as bored with my frames questions as I am
with the project itself. Please bear with me while I ask two last
questions. Then the project will be finished and I'll go away and leave you
in peace.

The site has 4 pages. 3 are framed but the 4th didn't lend itself well to
frames. So, I used target="_blank" to open a new non-frames window. All
works fine.

Question #1: How would I set it up the anchor for the "design" buttonon the
NON-framed page so that if reader clicks the "design" button on the
NON-framed page, it'll re-open the frames page (default.html) with the
"design.html" page loaded into the "content" frame rather than some other
page in the content window or, worse, just the design.html page alone
without the frames?

Question #2: How would the default.html page know that anytime a user goes
to the site for the first time, the user should see "welcome.html" loaded
into the content window? It does that now already, but I just want to
understand why it works that way.

thanks, Suz
