Actually, I have seen several different sources indicating that IIS
throughput is better than Apache. Can anyone confirm/deny?

However, after wrestling with IIS4 & FP Extension configurationss 
for the past week, I would concede that Apache could max out at 1 op
per hour and I'd still prefer it to that poorly designed piece of
garbage. (Where poorly designed is defined as anything that keeps me
guessing despite having full online docs, the "IIS Resource Kit",
and the "Site Server Bible" on hand.)
