I'm using Minerva for hosting, and haven't had problems viewing their site. You
might want to do a traceroute and see if there is something along the path that is
causing the problem.
I have found that support of late hasn't been all that great, but they tell me that
they are in the process of acquiring another company and will be absorbing their
staff. Staffing is the main issue right now.
