I've been using http://www.minerva.net for almost 2 years now. CF is
standard in their packages. I'm a reseller, so I have to do most of the
newbie support stuff myself (read the book, dammit!), but the tech guy there
is very responsive and knowledgable when I can't figger it out any other
way. I'm not sure what their support is like for direct, retail customers.
