I haven't had any problems with Minerva lately. The problems you descibe, on
the http://www.minerva.net site, don't really surprise me, though. I've
found bad links here and there, too...and sometimes some outdated CF forms
that have problems. My concern lays with how the servers run, uptime,
services/software available, prices, and support for me as a reseller,
rather than with their promo site. All of the above have been good enough
for me to repeatedly recommend them. I'll be keeping an eye on this "merger"
thing that Susan Duncan mentioned, though, to see how that goes.

For over two years I've been putting all my time into my customers, working
from referrals and haven't had the time to do my own promo site (I go back
to it once in a while, but usually end up going back to customer work within
a few days). Perhaps Minerva functions the same way? Customers first, new
biz from referrals, web promo last. ? I dunno.
