And that is precisely the way it works in Australia, and probably in many
other similar countries such as New Zealand and the UK. To register a .au
domain you have to have a company registered in that name (or at least a
registered trading name - Wired World, for example, is a trading name owned
by my registered company, Frank Lee Media Productions Pty Ltd). Aunic
simply won't register a domain just because you happen to want one.
Works well here.
