It was part of my research for an article I wrote earlier this
year  as an editorial for the New Jersey Business Journal
entitled "Is the Internet Really International"  and the article

It's a great piece to use (with proper credits, of course ;-))
when you are talking to local businesses about whether they should be on-line.
