In regard to the FTC I would urge you to look at something that will
seriously affect all, their report yesterday on online privacy. They wish
to have strong regulatory powers over sites accessed by children (and just
which aren't?) and want industry to self-regulate those accessed by adults
or they'll come back to regulate them, also.
