Kathy,

I've found that just reformatting the disk isn't always
enough with win95 -- hence, the FDISK suggestion.  Win98
creates a "non-DOS" partition due to it's 32-bit file
system.  Win95 service release 2 also uses a 32-bit file
system, but I'm not sure it is compatible with win98's.
That's why the partition needs to be deleted first so
that win95 is forced to create its own partition.
